After the group Zouglou REVOLUTION in 2020 and TIKEN JAH FACOLY in 2021 as headliners for the festival concerto, WOBÉLÉ 2023 will have the pleasure of seeing some sure values of African music on stage. ISMAËL ISAAC, SERGE BEYNAUD & BIGUINI/PALMER will display the immensity of their talent on the Wobele stage for the happiness of the Wobelians.
